At Red Mill H&S is paramount. Over the past few years’ accidents have decreased by 90%. This is due to enhanced communication and training for employees.

The introduction of Near Miss forms has also had a positive effect, enabling employees to communicate to the H&S Coordinator any potential issues before they become an accident.

Personal Protective Equipment is issued as and when required with all employees being issued with steel toed boots or shoes.
