After years spent supplying one of the UK's most recognisable, enduring and popular bar snacks, Red Mill Snack Foods Ltd made its first ever appearance at the Pub & Bar trade Show 2005. Manufacturers of the brand-leading Mr Porky pork scratching range, Red Mill demonstrated its wide range of pork products including Mr Porky Pork Crackles, Traditional Pork Crunch and Traditional Pork Scratchings. Exhibition visitors were given the chance to win a fantastic £16,000 worth of prizes including £10,000, five x £1,000 and ten x £100, by taking part in a special Mr Porky 'Scratch A Pig' Scratchcard promotion which ran throughout the three-day trade show. The Mr Porky brand has enjoyed sustained popularity over the last thirty years and has recently enjoyed a new lease of life with those following a low carbohydrate diet, resulting in a significant increase in sales over the last 18 months.
